Our Fees
Redemption Chambers and its Members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Privately Funded Matters
All brief fees are considered individually as it is not possible to provide a full list of factors that might affect a charge for a given case.
Depending on the complexity and time of any given case fees may be agreed and charged on
-
an hourly rate, or
-
a fixed fee, or
-
an agreed brief fee and refreshers, i.e. a fee for preparation for trial and the first day of trial, and a daily rate on the days thereafter.
Please note that not all Members are VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT. Let us know if your case is not exempt from VAT.
